When you don't have the mental capacity to move beyond an old and ineffectual coach, you tend to start to allow ANYTHING so long as it doesn't upset the apple cart.

These people are very limited mentally. Inbreeding, being very clannish, thinking they are superior to everything are contributing factors to this mental state as well.
