Ohio teams on future schedule

I was led to believe OSU had to play an instate school every year, basically to keep at least some of the money here. You'd think NationalChamps.net would know by now at least that part of the schedule for the next three or four years.

Here is the URL to all the future games of all D-1 teams: http://www.nationalchamps.net/NCAA/future_schedules/future_schedules_home.htm It's handy for looking at the wimpy schedule some of the "powers" will be playing in the next few years.

I had also heard we were playing VA. Tech. in like six years, they ain't listed.
Miami in the near future: it's listed, but not as a home and home. Any reason for that? (for not being home and home, or for not being listed correctly if so)

Anyway, it's a handy link.

That site looks interesting, but they need to update their OSU schedules.
Your recollection of our state school obligation is correct. We play Cincinnati next year and Akron the year after.

Rumor has it we're considering playing Youngstown State next year, too, but it's not part of the requirement. Sounds more to me like JT is throwing his old school a bone, which I can understand. I'm just not crazy about playing a I-AA school.

It's already been announced that Bowling Green is the 12th game for next season. Oct 7.

anybody else notice the confidence level that Tressel has and that Cooper did not have?

maybe that has/had something to do with our results in "big games". Tressel seems to have an attitude of bring it on, while Cooper was fine and happy with only playing one or two (bowl game) biggies a year.
