Will say in Dieb's defense, that his 'one-and-done' transfers in are heads and shoulders above last year's. Injuries have derailed the front court, and the backcourt has been better than OK. Tilly is gone, and not certain about Noel, and the xfer from Baylor. Thornton is also gone, and who knows who else transfers out. tOSU does get in a couple of superior freshmen, and Bynum is going to be a sophomore. Optimism abounds, however.
At this point, not certain Diebs has what it takes to get the Buckeyes 'over the top', but/and not certain what sort of NIL Bjork is willing to spend on the basketball bucks (or WBB).
