So far two great defenses faced this year and both times we seem a bit too timid to start on offense.

I mean....it’s 3rd and 16, it’s raining, this is the best defense they have faced all year, and they just made a dumb mistake. Cut your losses, punt it back, and don’t compound the 2nd down mistake by putting your guys in a position to fail. I’m totally fine with the 3rd down call.

IMO we respect them too much. Just like we did MSU.
