The Browns have just wrecked my soul so relentlessly and continuously that I’m at a point wherein I don’t even really think about it anymore.

I’m pretty sure that if it weren’t for OSU I wouldn’t have much of an interest in football in general. I’ll always love the Browns but it kind of just hurts to love them. OSU keeps my passionate about CFB in general.

From Saint Louis and an old guy who remembers Cardinals vs. Browns games back in the sixties, when Jimmy ran over, under and mostly through defenses. He was an All-American lacrosse player. Can you imagine putting a stick in that man's hands?

Brief final thoughts before the game:

1. Biggest key to me is OSU being successful on 1st down. Bucks got away with a fair amount of first down failure against Northwestern by converting 3d and long. Against these guys, a lot of third and longs, a sailed throw or two, and bad weather could be no bueno.

2. Second biggest key is not giving the opponent or crappy weather too much respect.

Will be eagerly awaiting the appearance of horsehead man to get me ready for the game.
