I would say we should feel lucky the refs threw that flag on their first TD and missed our TD actually being safety but then they fucked us on a bunch of PI's so I'll call it even

I hate to say this but I think Mack still needs to be involved. Can't have this mental block affect him the rest of the season.

I don't think the team is soft or full of only athletes.

Dobbins is getting hit and spinning for 6 yards. WRs are getting hit and most are bouncing back. The back 7 is just underwhelming for being coached by guys like Schiano and Grinch. Frustrated that it's such a consistent problem.

It's still early for a lot of these guys though, and this game, with the amount of screens and throws into the flat, isn't easy for dome of the young players.

Mack doesn't drop all of those passes, this is a different ballgame; and that review killing our momentum there at the end was some bullshit. A few corrections, and i think we're fine in the second half.

Thing is, the defense has scored more points than the offense. That's a problem.

I blame 2 drives on playcalling but yea.
Mack dropped a TD, a 1st down, and killed TD hopes of final drive.
We've got so many WRs... sit him. He's in his head. Patterson occasionally cooks something up but Haskins has been good about getting rid of it. They havent been able to stop the run or pass.

Why hate to say it. Kid started the game off on fire. Dropped TD got in his head. Few drops and that sucks. Bad hold. Sucks more. Sat him a few plays then went to him again deep and got pushed around in double coverage. He'll be fine.

This is a team full of great athletes but mediocre football players. That falls squarely on the coaches, this team was horribly overhyped after the first two weeks.
