That's the kind of team I was I hoping to see this year. KWesson doing business to open things up for Jackson, Woods, and others. I know they won't shoot that well every game, but they got plenty of open looks on offense and took great care of the ball.
Muhammed was excellent on defense on Geo Baker. Late in the first half, I was checking the box score to check Baker's number because I wasn't even sure he was playing. (Of course, he immediately knocked down a 3 right after I commented on his disappearance.) He'd been in double figures 7 games in a row, including 16, 20, and 16 in the previous 3 and he was held to 2-10 shooting for 5 points.
Another comment on the defense....that zone that OSU threw out there a couple times should be thrown away stat. Holy cow was it bad. Multiple wide open looks less than 5 seconds into running the offense for RU. I know the coaches know a lot more than I do, but I couldn't believe they kept going to it.
