Still working through this thread, so this has probably been answered. The OSU side in the shade is hard to see because of the press box shadows, but it was mostly Scarlet. And it was pretty chilly from start to finish, never had a ray of sunshine on that part of the stadium and we got in our seats a good 90 minutes before kickoff. The stadium was probably close to 50-50, maybe 55-45 OSU, but from my seat the Huskies end zone fans were loud. However when I got home and watched it on TV it didn't seem as loud as in the stadium.Magnificent photo!
More purple than scarlet?

No i think you are right... when OSU ran out before opening kick I thought it sounded like we were getting booed. Which told me the cheers were drowned out.Agree with this. OSU had slight numbers advantage, but the UW crowd had more energy. I was also closer to UW endzone and students, so that may have played into my perception.

Iowa...probably doesn't help that I wear Buckeye gear everywhere I go.You live in TSUN?
I live in TSUN and do the same.....lots of dirty looksIowa...probably doesn't help that I wear Buckeye gear everywhere I go.
I understand. Just didn't figure that he would rise to the level of a fight if you told him what was going through your mind.
Well, for what it’s woth, this guy threatened me for suggesting that he wait a second while an elderly man with a cane tried to get to his seat... instead he and his knuckle head son pushed their way through almost knocking him over. So, say what you will, it hardly takes being a super fan, to be a super douche.
And in true super fan / super douche form, their seats weren’t anywhere near the section where it happened.
Not to make light of the super fan bullshit, but more to say... there’s a lot of shitty fans out there who behave like fucknuts.
After re-watching the game my biggest takeaway is the same as when I watched it live........1:21 left in the first half, own 6, down 14-6 vs the best passing attack in the country (that had 2 timeouts)-and you don’t run the clock out??????? Huge lapse of basic situational awareness on Wash’s staff.
Yup. We were all saying the same in the stands... couldn’t believe they were going to the air in that situation.
Hello?!
Jake motherfuckin’ Browning!
