I'll be honest, while I believe Haskins has arm talent and scouts will LOVE that - the other things he is hit and miss on. His accuracy on the run is sporadic, he can makes some awful decisions while under pressure, and sometimes when coming to his checkdown and/or additional read he delivers the ball with questionable placement. His pocket presence is pretty solid but there are times when I swear he doesn't see the middle of the field well.
