After a record breaking season in Columbus, the Dwayne Train is heading to the NFL.

Following the most prolific passing season in the history of Ohio State football, Dwayne Haskins has decided to forgo the remainder of his collegiate eligibility to pursue a career in the NFL.


OIbviously, this is not much of a surprise, as Haskins is projected to be the top quarterback taken, and if any teams desperately need a QB, could go as high as number one. On his way out of town, he played a small part in bringing former Georgia quarterback Justin Fields to Columbus.

Haskins trained with the same quarterback coach as Fields, and answered the transfer’s questions about Ryan Day and Ohio State.

The Big Ten’s Offensive Player of the Year, Haskins threw for 50 touchdowns and 4,831 yards in 2018, while only throwing eight interceptions. In the process, he set a slew of Ohio State and Big Ten passing records, including the single season passing touchdowns and yards marks.

We wish Dwayne all the best at the next level, and can’t wait to see him slinging it around on Sundays.
