Ohio State Michigan tickets

My wife and I live in Alaska and will be attending our first Ohio state game VS Michigan this year. We are trying to get good seats can anyone help us as to what are good seats and what does obstructed view or partial view mean

B deck and D deck are the two where you potentially run into obstructed views. The first 2 or so rows of B deck are excellent if you are not within about 8 seats of a pole. I believe each B deck section has 24-26 seats in it so I personally look for seat numbers between 8 and 16. This isn't a fool proof plan I'm sure but it has worked for me. I avoid D deck at all costs, especially sections near the press box. AA, A, and C decks have no obstruction but AA can be difficult to see from a depth perception standpoint as can the first 10 or so rows of A deck when you're not between the 30s. C deck rows 30 and above are essentially the same as D deck without the obstructed view possibility. In reality, there isn't a bad seat in the 'shoe because, well, you're in the 'shoe. But if you want to have a good view, A deck above row 10, first 2 rows of B deck not near the ends, and the first 20 rows of C deck are my personal favorites.
