Ohio State Men's Tennis (2014/2019/2024 ITA Indoor National Champs, 17 Straight B1G Titles)

Both Jack and JJ have skill sets built for deep runs in tournament draws, well coached and elite physical conditioning.
Love their quickness, hands, shot consistency and did I mention their conditioning.
Anthrop and Tracy both take me back to the butterfly, bee analogy and strategy of an Ali …absorb the pace and big blows, move the opponent, counter with depth and eventually fatigue the aggressive puncher.
Power is the current flavor for men’s tennis, but the power players spizzari, braswell, fearnly, etc are eliminated,
IMHO, when forced to hit multiple winning shots each point, fatigue, exhaustion and frustration set in —> more unforced errors than winners.

Anthrop lost 4-6, 1-6

Jack Anthrop falls in the quarterfinals. But it was a great season for the sophomore.

Just sayin': He could have 2 more years playing tennis at Ohio State.....8D

Also, Tracy lost 6-2, 5-7, 3-6

Cash/Tracy play Barun/Horwood (Arkansas) in the doubles quarterfinals later today.
