Game Thread Ohio State @ Indiana, 08/31/17 @ 8:00 ET (ESPN)

Steaks, Bourbon, Beer, Buckeyes, and a long overdue contribution to the greatest website on the planet. Feels like a great day!

Yeah, good call. I'm in for a $1 per Buckeye point tonight . . . assuming a win. If they lose, I'll need the $s for liquor.

I've got a 10k vBet on Indiana. I see the score something like 37-24 Ohio State.
i have a hard time seeing indiana scoring that many. this is the first collegiate start for their center, right guard, and right tackle. four of the five back-ups have never played a single snap of college ball. i don't think they'll fare well at all against the deepest and perhaps the most talented line in the nation. furthermore, they lost redding, and lagow presents absolutely no risk to run, unlike diamont.

save for a swiss cheese back end performance from the buckeyes, i think indiana will have to score off of ohio state's offensive mistakes and poor special teams. that would not surprise me too much.

This. Their oline experience v our front seven... rotation in the front four and the crazy talent we have at DE not withstanding, they don't score double digits.

They won't run on us. They won't have time to go over top without the Dline getting to them. That leaves quick three step drops. The DBs will have to disrupt routes at the LOS. They do that and all's well.

The only thing that concerns me is the quick swing pass and our DBs wrapping up if they are on an island. That said, they can't run that all game.

42-9 Good guys.
