Yep, Giddens and Thompson both need to play better then they have thus far. I knew they were in fora challenge, but if any bigs can hack it its those 2. cmon fellas!!

The 5 missed FTs are the difference between a tied game and the current MSU lead. That's not going to help the Bucks in the 2nd half.

I can see why Lyle was getting upset there, the guys were not moving at all everyone just standing still stunned almost. I must say though I like his emotion out there, its nice to see someone controlling the guys out there and getting upset when things arent being ran right. Keep it up Lyle! Right after that we started running better stuff.

Giddens and/or Thompson should just give an "enforcer" foul at the start of the 2nd half. Maybe that would get one of them in the mindset to be mean in the middle today.

Buckeyes have to get better on D in the 2nd half. Camp someone in the lane. Also, body up Valentine, make him fight through a body.

Probably. The middle is just wide open every single time. I lost count of how many easy dunks and layups MSU has had.

We could use Tate in a game like this that's for sure. Lyle playing well though, but other then that the boys are struggling. The FT's are always going to be an issue until we get it fixed, and I know its hard to watch but I do understand they are doing the best they can, especially in such a tough environment. But excuses aside, bottom line FT shooting MUST improve. It also doesn't help giving them quick break points, when we have had a week to practice and study the Spartans style of play...they are the best in the country at getting basically free points from teams not getting back fast enough. All I know is I want to see our guys give it everything they got this second half, I dont care about score or whos playing well, I want to see whos got real heart. GO BUCKS!
