Haven't seen any of the game. So, apparently both teams have elected to play no defense whatsoever?

Ohio State has been alright on defense

Jacksonville got 6 points off of easy buckets due to bobbled rebounds which they recovered and 5 more at the line

Both teams are taking some chances on defense, trying to force turnovers. Created some easy shots off turnovers, but also gave up some open looks.

Offense is really clicking tonight. This is just the type of game they need right now. We have enough talent to dominate, but give it up to J'ville for staying in the game. They're making OSU work for their shots, and it looks like the Bucks are figuring out how to work the ball around until they get a good look. Mullens is looking much more comfortable and getting aggressive. Impressive for how few games he's played at this level. Buford is just showing glimpses of what he can do. That running floater in the lane was beautiful, and his 3 ball is looking sharp. We could get him the ball more, but we really don't need to. Deibler is showing some more jump in his step tonight, looked good on that steal/breakaway. I like the more active mid range looks were showing. That curl-around cut by Turner, and the back-door lay up by Simmons were nice to see. Funny how even when Lighty lights it up, he does it in a quiet way. I really think the key to this teams success is going to be making shots early to set up the pressure D. When the D can get set up off the inbounds, it's nearly a lockdown. Lots of forced turnovers when they get dug in. Zone is working, they need to keep the tempo to thier liking. Game on.
