It did, but it may have been outside the rim and even with it on the way down when it was hit, so that would make it legit to not call goaltending.

thats not true. On an attempted shot, once the ball hits the backboard it's off-limits. If anything, the first defender got a piece on the way up so they didn't call the second block which was goal-tending.

My favorite official just gave an and-1 to Michigan a minute ago. One guy on the court has been especially bad. I honestly don't think he's blown the whistle one time for tOSU and hes given every call possible to UM.
