Conley penetrates and makes a great dish to Oden. After Oden is called for traveling, Lewis is furious that Conley didn't get him the rock instead. To me, that speaks to a mentality problem seen too often with Lewis (ie when he wouldn't pass to Oden posting up a guard... passing to Harris instead, fortunately for a made three).

I really don't know why Matta puts up with this kind of stuff. It is going to cost them come tournament time....

Lewis needs to find the end of the bench for a good lengthy part of a game...

Agree... and it is VERY disappointing this late in the season. One would hope those issues would have been put to rest for a tournament run but it looks like it still exists. I wonder if his 30+ point game against UNC earlier this year set up some sort of entitlement in his mind.

Why?

Without Lewis's contribution (5 points and an assist on a 3 pointer), Ohio State is probably losing this game right now.

This will sound a little homerish...

The refs didn't leave their whistles at the hotel, they just put it in their pockets when OSU has the ball (reference: cheap fouls on Harris compared to muggings against Oden and Lewis).

Different refs on all those situations though....at least it isn't the same guy being inconsistent.
