Nader is a great example of what can happen if you continue to work hard and stick with the program. Seemingly buried on the depth chart his first couple years, he played part time last year as a junior and is now arguably the best defensive tackle the Bucks have now. If all the players kept their nose to the grindstone and continued to try and improve over their 4/5 years like Nader has done, the program would be much better for it...

Terrelle looks like he's aiming the deep ball instead of just throwing it. The result is usually an underthrown pass. I think that'll come but for now he's trying maybe a little too hard to not make a mistake.

But the flip side is what we just saw. Good poise, patient, hit Dane for the first down. :)
