I already repped bkoch' for a previous post. Someone pick this up for me, will ya'?

There's no reason to make that post (edit: and the one after it) but to bring value to the board. Show appreciation for the effort.

Lord knows the crowd should be doing so today.

(That's not blasphemy. The Lord really does know that.)

 I actually TYPED it!

For as many mistakes the offense made they still played a good half of football. Good to see the running game going strong. It would be great to see Beanie and Pryor both go above 100 yards rushing (see DBB's post earlier in the thread).

One play where Pryor did not connect on a pass to Hartline actually made me smile.

The commentators blew their interpretation of events.

A safety blitz was coming from Pryor's blind-side. Pryor is drifting to his right. A split second before the safety gets his mitts on Pryor, with the QB not set he lofts what turned out to be an errant pass that Hartline could not adjust to and reel in.

Commentators summary - mistake by Pryor.

Missed point - Pryor has really good awareness for a freshman of that blind-side. He does exactly the right thing in getting rid of the ball, into an area where ONLY his receiver has any chance of reeling in the pass.

True, this was a failed result in terms of a completion. But, it was also a great result in avoiding a strip, a fumble or a sack.

Reps for a great typing effort. :wink2:

It is great to see the team getting some stripes but Minny comes into this game having played a schedule strength rated below Youngstown State by the computers. It's a lot easier to look good when the opposition is equivalent to Tulsa, Air Force, and Northwestern. What I am looking to see is how they come out in the second half. Will they show some attitude and bury these guys? If they do, then I will feel better about where we are headed.
