Because we are ranked just about where we deserve to be ranked. We have lots of question marks on offense and defense and our line play is not the calibre of a top 5-8 team. It's just that simple. I was amazed watching Texas and Oklahoma today. We just don't have that speed or line play yet.

You know, I don't think we deserve to be ranked higher than 8th either, but teams like UF who lost AT HOME to a sorry ass team, they get ranked higher. That pisses me off. But with performances like today, there's no reason to have us higher than the Gators. Teams like USF were ranked higher than us, and those are teams we are better than, even on the worst days.
