Hope this doesn't result in a big time 'cold shoulder'from the Lasalle staff or for that matter the whole Cincinnati area. And it may be an uncomfortable situation between Smith and Johnson, or maybe even Johnson and the Bucks. I expect there will also be an increase in negative recruiting from coast to coast. Doesn't matter what the truth is, just what perception is. Word on the street trumps anything the writers at Scoop say. That being said, something like a surprise Hancock flip would immediately change the narrative on that fickle street.

Good advice. Just feels strange not landing a top 200 player every week now haha.

I really like Smith even if he isn't as highly rated as others. Disappointed to see him decommit

Better him than Turrentine, no offense to him. Wonder if there’s any smoke rising with Hancock given what’s happening at Clemson.

That’s just a desperate, speculative plea for an optimistic outcome should this happen though.
