Why do customers sign contracts they do not read and have no intention on complying to?

I called a store because I couldn't connect to their pc through their modem. I told them that I would need them to reset the modem for me. They turned off their computer without bothering to ask me what the modem looked like. :(

If you know nothing about something, ASK!!!

We have this new bartender at work...how she became a bartender I have no idea in that she has no experience, while there are tons of servers on the floor that do have experience. Anyway.....The other day I am waiting for a beer for My table.....I ask her....where's the beer, she says it's going to be a minute, we have to refill the keg. I said do you mean change the keg....she said no, the keg is empty so we need to refill it. Told her good luck with that and then went into the back and changed the keg myself.
