Official Super Bowl thread....

sorry, they would not have reversed it. You can imagine where the tip of the ball was, nothing more or less. It was tucked away inside BRoth's arm. Maybe your TV feed had an xray replay, b/c that's the only way you could tell where the ball was.

I don't mind the call overall, but it was far from as blatantly obvious as you'd like to claim.

Having made it to halftime, it sure would be nice to see one holding call in the second half to offset the four big holding calls on the seahawks. Other than one drive, the steelers O was dominated in the first half.

'Sprint cell phone tossed at the tool' ranks right up there in the commercials.

Wonder if Pittsburgh will get any penalties in the second half.
unlikely. Bryce Fisher blew past Heath Miller on the Parker TD and was ready to tackle Parker, so heath just latched on. Move along everyone, nothing to see there. Gotta make room for the 6th pittsburgh super bowl trophy interview during the game (I probably blinked and missed the one seahawks one they did).

Last I checked the NFl had nothing to do with The Seahawks missing 2 field goals, screwing up the 2 minute drill, and giving up a 3rd and 28

True. How about all the other bullshit?

The PI call in the endzone. The holding call on the punt return. The bad spot on the 3rd down before the Steelers got the ball back and scored. No way in hell did that ball cross the plane of the endzone on Big Bens TD, no way in hell. How about the obvious holding on the 75 yard run by Parker?

Im not a fan of either, but come on.
