I do believe that this is a good thing for Jr and that DEI will suffer tremendously without him. He is the face of that organization and Budweiser will no doubt go wherever he goes, so that is a ton of money walking away from DEI. Theresa Earnhardt is making a huge mistake and it likely me the end of DEI as a Nextel Cup team after this season.

I am angry. I seethe with the rage of twisted metal shards and with the heat of a thousand suns. I shout curses at the heavens and call forth the demons of Hell to bring forth well-deserved revenge on the pitiful barren wasteland that once sparkled with shiny little cars going 'round and 'round in circles in some fashion the significance of which escapes me. My anger knows only one equal... that not of the well-paved oval track thingie, but of the less refined and scarier street...

The politics of racing is more boring than the racing is. If racing is your thing, then that's cool. I'm just not into it at all.

So I don't care that Dale Earnhardt Jr is going to his own racing team, joining another one, or quitting to become a circus clown.
