Is anyone having issues with this one? BTSync shows that it completed, and I'm no longer receiving, but the file only shows 25%. I even disconnected from the shared drive, I was re-added by an admin, and it still only shows 25%. I'm not sure what gives?

It comes and goes ... sometimes you have to leave Bitsync running for an extended period of time before it will complete the download ... It also helps sometimes to kill the program and reload it ... I think a lot of people are using some kind of peer block ... When I look at my peer list I am synced with a lot of people and seeding all of them but only receiving data from one person

Sometimes I have to restart my btsync on my nas, it is a stupid pain in the ass. But it is done now.
