Just sayin': I'll go out on a limb here and say he didn't accept the Ohio State job because of the money and/or it wasn't because he couldn't get a job somewhere in the NFL. He legitimately wanted to be here and that is definitely a positive.

Hopefully it was Tomlin that was holding the Steelers offense back, his last 4 coordinators have all been mediocre and consistently used ultra-conservative game plans.

The Steelers offensive personnel was terribad the past two seasons. Smith managed to improve them both years.
