Top offenses? Double the Steelers TDs? Mmmmmmmmk. I'll go ahead and just disagree without calling you names and crying for the mods to come make the big meanie stop saying things I don't want to hear.

(PS - the Steelers scored 31 TDs in 2023, 35 TDs in 2024, and 45 TDs in 2025. I dunno what definition of "double" you're using....but it's the wrong one. And if you're talking about going from 35 to 45.....he did the 35 one, too.)

And in 2022, the Squeelers scored 24 offensiveTDs. 35 is more than 31. 45 is more than 35. He improved your sorry ass offense YoY both years he was there. And I said nearly double, which might have been mistaken, but the fact remains that Smith improved your offense both years he was there.

Hot DAMN! There is no thing more spoiled in the entire history of football than a Shittsburgh Squeelers fan. Congrats on the Mike McCarthy hire, btw. You just ran out a HoF Head Coach who never had a losing season for a guy who got fired from his last two jobs.

A successful, creative mind on his side that eventually wore people thin as an overall leader/head coach. Both he and Patricia seem to have some quirks that intensified when they started to lose (capri pants and rapping with his players to look cool vs. backwards hat and sloppy dress). But no one questioned their football knowledge.

Anyway, I’ll keep listening to the people selling this idea as good.

His tendencies are? There were a couple zomgz tight endddzzz posts and I don’t know what the fuck you’d call these last few pages overall.

I’m hoping there’ll be some tweets posted in the coming hours which highlight his play and formation design, how he gets the talent the ball and whatnot,

It’s not as if Day has a prolonged history of head scratching hires. He can probably help Sayin quite a bit with coverage identification as college defenses have evolved - quicker releases on intermediate areas maybe?

Of time to get pissed off later this year if it comes down to it. In the meantime I have a schedule full of meetings and deadlines.
