OCBucksFan and I were up there the weekend after that crash/fire incident. By the time we left, one week after the crash, they already had a portion of that destroyed section repaired and open for traffic. Not the upper part, but down below.

What I want to know is, if (insert state appropriate traffic highway construction authority name here)can work that fast, how come it takes em 10 years to do anything else, like put in a SINGLE LANE COMMUTER BYPASS?
