Check out the best band in the land this summer. Their updated tourdates include a few shows with Dave Matthews Band. Too bad they won't be coming to Texas any time soon.

Their most commercial song to date was Hey Girl off the last album In Between Now And Then (even though it's on other albums) but check That Was a Crazy Game of Poker, Whose Chariot or Hold on True. They just released a song on iTunes called Fool in the Rain which is good.

I can not get over how popular these guys have become... when a student at OU we would catch their shows at the bars (the bars in Athens are not big at all)... now they're playing with DMB... good for them.

They are a chick band though... still a good group, however the ladies really liked them (hense the reason we went to their shows :biggrin: :biggrin: :biggrin: :biggrin: )...

It's hard to get a real good feel for a band after listening to just few clips. I didn't really care for them too much when I first heard them.

That all changed when I got a copy of their cd The Wanderer.

Get one of their cds and give it some time. The music had a feel-good vibe not to mention some of the best written songs I've heard.

As for seeing them live, they are incredible. After seeing them live for the first time back in '97, I had a greater appreciation for all the different genres that help make their sound and also how crowd-friendly and genuine they were.
