Could not tell if the NW runner would have made the third down (looked like he was at the marker anyway), but the refs called a bullshit personal foul on a "high hit" where he only hit the runner's shoulder pads, so that assures the Big-10 the win in the ACT Bowl. Congrats! :biggrin:

... the danger of hiring a coach that's never been a head coach anywhere else. Pat Fitzgerald made a lot of similar mistakes back in his first two seasons too.
