WTF????? 5 shots and still not dead? We can assume it wasn't a .45 then.

If you walk right at the crazy guy waiving a gun you deserve to get shot for general stupidity.

If the shooter felt threatened and was yelling "Get away" or "Leave me alone" and the guy keeps walking, he is likely going to beat the shoot, but if he was screaming how he was going to kill everybody, not so much.
