an imbecility, a stupidity without name
So I buy tickets for the gf and I. Wednesday, we head out from USC at 5:30 (game at 6:30). It takes an hour just to get to Dodger Stadium. We pay the $15 parking and wait, and wait, and wait. Finally park at 8pm (yes, 60 minutes to drive there and 90 minutes to park). We're way off in this auxillary parking lot at the top of this hill, so it takes 15 minutes to walk back to the stadium. Hit up will call and head to the gates.
The fucking tickets were for game 2 (thursday). Fuck me. We walk back to the car, but parking is so bad that people have simply parked in the middle of the road, thus trapping us on the hill. Thankfully some woman started freaking out at the top of the hill, convincing security to open up this backside gate and let her (and us out).
Of course, I wasn't able to go Thursday, so I missed an awesome game. Have tickets to Sox-Angels game 5 if that series comes back. At least the fan experience is much better there.
