NIT Bracket

anyone have a link to the NIT bracket? I can't even find the other teams that were selected. I hope the fans come out to support the boyz, I'll be there. A potential 3 more games in the schott for the seniors should be motivation enough. I hope they show up with their heads on straight and ready to ball. This could be a good thing going into next year if they have the right mind-set going into their first game with Ashville and Godzilla on the inside. Go Bucks.

The 7'6" kid sits a lot. I don't think he has the stamina to go a lot of minutes. So I don't think the rebounding margin is going to be as bad as you may think it will be. Plus, OSU is a lot more athletic than they are if they would just follow their shots (something they haven't done all year).

I heard he has knee problems because of his height and weight and can't go a whole game

Should be fun just to see him play.

A bit skeptical about how we do. The NIT has a lot to do with where your head is. Busted Bubble teams need to decide that it is worthwhile to perform in the NIT rather than stick out their lip about being snubbed - especially when your leaders are seniors.

Part of that is up to Matta - but IMO most of it is up to Butler.

You know, for as big as the guy is, I'm thinking that he doesn't dominate the boards like you'd think. I don't see us driving to the basket much, but no surprise there. :tongue2:

I would be at this game if I didn't have to work. :(

This is true of both teams. UNC Asheville won their regular season title and lost 48-66 to Winthrop in their conference tournament. They have also been off since the 8th so it's possible they may be a bit rusty.

Looks like they are led by 6' and 6'1" 5th yr Sr guards. They could be trouble for our zone.
