Night Game?

Do you think Ohio State & scUM should ever play a night game? I know it doesn't make a difference, but it just seems to have a bigger "buzz" than day games.

If they've already played a night game that I'm not aware of, please feel free to post that.

Last year we played a late afternoon-early evening game. I prefer the classic 12 PM game but I wouldn't mind a 5 PM game every once in a while.

I picked "whenever". I liked the atmosphere last year. I liked how the first half was light out and the second half was kind of night out. This year's game is at noon on ABC though.

Agreed. Seeing all the flashbulbs go off on the final drive to kill the clock was awesome.

We play enough night games now every season as it is. I prefer noon-ish start times, but a 3:30 pm start time isn't bad. An 8:00 pm start time would suck...

Last years game at 3:30 was okay, simply because it really didn't matter when the game started because it was so huge. And from a "work" standpoint I actually got to watch the entire game.

As far as "The Game" ever being in Prime Time on ABC I'd easily have to pass. This game survived a century of playing under "God's Lights." I personally have no need to see the Buckeye players celebrating another victory over scUM with the glare of stadium lights reflecting off of their helmets. I'll take what's left of the sun at 3:00pm.

Honestly, I like the game starting at 3-3:30 EST. Being in Cali, it was nice, I could get up, toss some stuff on the grill and have lunch right before the game.
