I was reading a hockey discussion board that is a good mix of NA and EU fans.. the EU fans were mad that Team USA were being “sore winners.” Not upset that Sweden sent out a goon who hadn’t played for most of the game to try to fight USA’s best player(s). Luckily for Sweden, they won’t have a long ride home.

Congrats on second place, number two. The first loser!

USA is closing the gap between them and Canada on the international stage. Hopefully the men can win gold next Olympics.

Why would anyone think that's a dirty hit? He skates right into the heart of the defense like he was still in juniors and got blasted. Sucks, but hopefully he stops doing that. When I've watched, that's usually when he gets knocked off the puck and turns it over. He might be able to do that eventually, but he needs to get stronger first. That's been the biggest issue with his game that I've seen so far. Too many trips into the offensive zone that result in him getting knocked off the puck with ease. Otherwise, he looks great (in the offensive zone, anyways).

Hope he heals up quick. He's electrifying.
