No reason at all.

I was just confused by the line in the first post. I thought maybe there was a link to a site to play the old NHL games.

I'm picking up NHL2k10 for the Wii at some point. Looks like fun.

well if you have either a 360 or wii i strongly suggest you get nhl 09/10, definitly the best hockey games i have ever played before.
but those games dont have the awesome glitches that nhl 03 and 04 had when you could score from center ice every single time haha :biggrin:

NHL 10 is awesome. I need to up my difficulty though. Been winning like 8-2 a lot lately.

I guess that's not as rare as it once was, given the Jackets' play lately.

Also helps when I'm putting out these lines in my dynasy:

Vermette/Crosby/Selanne
Brendl/Malkin/Voracek
Fedotenko/Staal/Kennedy
Cooke/Talbot/Caputi

Gonchar/Orpik
Letang/McKee
Goligoski/Eaton

If only the Pens could skate that lineup out in real life..

wtf thats one stacked team right there...if you had nash on a line with vermette and sid that would be a perfect line

When I got my 360, I bought EA NHL 07 (outdated by a year, and used) for $20. I have played the absolute shit out of that game for over 2 years. I keep saying I'll buy the latest version but I still haven't done it. I played 08 and actually thought the quality of the gameplay had decreased, and I haven't gotten around to playing 09/10. It's not Blades of Steel or NHL 95 (my two all time favorites), but there aren't too many games that can keep my interest for over 2 years like this has.

you will love either nhl 09 or 10...the gameplay is a lot different than 08 and also be a pro mode is a lot better. i think its actually one of the best sports games i have ever played...i play 09 a lot with my younger brother and we get addicted to it. well worth your money

Yeah.. I tried to get Nash, but the cap made it tough.

Doesn't help that the players I refuse to get rid of on the Pens make the most money. (Sid, Geno, Staal, Fleury, Gonch)

I'm not sure why Pavel Brendl was a free agent. He's been playing in the KHL for years if I'm not mistaken.

damn thats pretty sweet.
i have 2 dynasties on 09 and ones like a fantasy team and the other is as close as i could get it to the jackets lineup.
