NFL Draft To Expand To 3 Days

NFL Draft Saturdays will never be the same...

They will also never again compete with Spring Game Saturdays.

Going golfing in the morning and heading to the bar for the NFL Draft had become a tradition for my friends and I. The occasional spring game and draft day conflict would piss me off. I mean, I should be at The 'Shoe watching the spring game. So why the hell am I golfing? Draft Saturday is gone, and now there is no conflict. :tongue2:

The advent of DVR had solved that dilemma, and allowed me to skip through hours of repetitive commercials during the 12-hour draft-a-thon. Get back from the spring game, plop down with a case of beers, see you on Monday: I'll miss that.

Ah, I was brand new to the world of the DVR for this year's draft. So I got drunk with my friends in a bar. When I could have gotten drunk with them outside of The 'Shoe, started to sober during the game, and gotten drunk again afterwards...then spent the following hours watching DVR'ed NFL Draft. Now I understand your sadness.
