NFC Divisional Playoff: Cardinals at Panthers(-10.5)

Even without Boldin the Cards still can throw the ball. I think their chances lie in the running game, particularly slowing down the two-headed backfield of the Panthers. In the end, I think that'll be too much to overcome on the road.

7-7 Midway through the 1st. Panthers run the ball right down Arizona's throat and Kurt Warner (with the power of Jesus) comes right down the field with a big answer.

So glad I vbet the over on this one. Might be a done deal in the 3rd.

Panthers scored easily on their first drive by running between the tackles. Since then they've been trying to run wide and pass, with disastrous results. They need to get back to basics because the Cards have already put up 17 unanswered points.

Carolina should probably start covering Larry Fitzgerald. Not sure how many times he's been wide open, but he's well over 100 yards receiving already.

Really surprising with Boldin out.

I've been down on the Cards' chances but so far they're proving me wrong.

Reagdog has to be loving it right now, 20-7.

that was ABSOLUTELY the correct decesion to kick. You aren't a power run team, and they just stopped you on 3rd and 1. You're up 17-7, take the 3 points.

Arizone will undoubtedly have more possesions were they can kick a field goal to get above the 21 point mark, if Carolina makes a push.

Right now, the Panthers keep reminding me of the scene from Point Break, where there is a shoot out in the house, and this guy is hiding behind a door with a pistol grip shotgun, the door swings open and he blows his own foot off. That's what Carolina reminds me of right now.

Dline isn't getting any pressure and that zone is getting picked apart.

Our secondary is absolutely terrible and they are getting abused out there.

Fitzgerald is killing them with crossing routes. Terry Bradshaw loves them and so do I, especially with a dynamic WR.

What is impressing me is Arizona's defense. Carolina's offensive approach has been misguided, IMO, and the Cards are taking advantage of it.
