Newest Buckeye Has Arrived!!!

Congratulations, IAB. Only four more and you'll be caught up with me.

Enjoy the time when your wife is still in the hospital and you can let the nurses watch the baby when you need some rest. She'll have her days and nights mixed up when you get her home, so the first thing to do is work on keeping her awake as much as possible during the day so she will sleep some at night. Invite your mother or mother-in-law to take some vacation time and come over to help your wife during the day while you're at work. Keep working on keeping her awake and pretty soon she'll be sleeping from 12-4 or thereabouts. That way you can at least have a good few hours of uninterrupted sleep.

Just a little bit of advice from someone with lots of experience. Have fun!

Congrats IAB.

Of course you know she is going to resent you and your wife forever for having her this close to Christmas. She will now suffer through a life of combination birthday/Christmas gifts and feel like she got hosed. It will of course be your fault:wink2: .

WOO HOO! Congrats! I know the last few months of a pregnancy are hard on both people involved so congrats just getting through that part as well! :) I don't envy you the next few months though. I hope you get lucky and have one of those myth-like children that sleep all night as soon as they come home. Congrats again. :)
