I've always liked them
These people are like the Terminator when it comes to tracking you down to resubscribe. I signed for up for a subscription for a class at OSU five years ago and I'm getting mail to this day from them trying to get me to resubscribe. I've moved several times since I had the subscription so I have no idea how they got my address. They call me periodically trying to get me to re up. I have a different phone number than when I was subscriber but they still found it. I tell them every time I'm on the phone I'm not interested but yet they still persist.

My mother passed away over 5 years ago. She never lived at my address but I was the executor of her estate. To this day, her book club still sends mailings about twice a month. :ohwell:

All newspaper and magazine advertising costs are based on subscription. Street sales don't count, only certified subscribers, so when they lose you they lose revenue... not that you aren't a person worthy of their attention and personal interest.
