The only time I like wine, is when I have whine and cheese after an OSU or UF loss. Beer however is welcome by a normal buttload. Metric buttloads are too hard to comprehend. They didn't teach that to me in elementary school.

Buttloads are easy.

A standard buttload is the amount of anything you can stick in the back of a pick-up truck

A metric buttload is the amount of anything you can put in the back of a station wagon.

I thought it was an El Camino...

No, an El Camino is much too Pick-up-ish.. the real key is that the Stationwagon is a finite contained space whereas the pickup can be piled up differently. Keep in mind, it's not the amount of anything you can put in a pickup and have it survive motion.

On the other hand, when dealing with liquids, there is a firm cap on the amount you can put in the pick-up.

Are we talking liquids that can be carried in a properly lined or contained truck bed, or liquids carried in 16 oz (Busch Light) cans in the truck cab?

Well, it depends, I suppose. Either way would work, dependant on if you're measuring cans proper or instead insterested in simply volume of liquids. You'd probably do better to measure cans, as they are stackable, and thus more beer.

I'd bet Bucky Katt would know for sure.
