Just noticed we have a new "ruby" indicator for reps. Pretty slick. At least now not everyone in the world has 11 green rubies. I'll have to go check and see how much red tibor has...

How much do the little rubies represent? I see there are about 13 of them and I have 3 gold and about 4 green.

Each gold Buckeye leaf = 1,000,000 rep points; and the green/gold rubies do not correspond to any particular number of rep points, but rather are a general measure of how close the person is to the next million mark. For example, Golferdow has one gold Buckeye (1,000,000), and is maxed out on the rubies which means that he is very close to the 2,000,000 mark and earning his second gold leaf.
The red rubies work in a similar fashion, although no one has reached -1,000,000 yet so I don't know whether a person that far into the red gets a red Buckeye leaf, or something more appropriate like a maize and blue wolverine. Maybe TeddGinn05 will eventually collect enough rubies to be our guinea pig in that regard.

Weird thing is there aren't 10 little rubies but rather 13 so I don't know what the amount of each ruby is.

Hmm ... I just noticed that some people with over 1,000,000 rep points don't have a gold leaf yet, so maybe that's not the magic number. Oh, well, I'm sure that Clarity, or Grad, or 3yards will eventually explain all of the intricacies of the system....
