probably because the schedules are made well in advance and at that time there was no way anyone thought those teams would be as bad as they are.

Yup, thats the problem. the NFL's refusale to reevaluate the monday and sunday night schedual after about 8 weeks of the season is rediculous. Watching Green Bay play Baltimore on monday night with the season's that they are having is a joke

Well I am sure more peole thought that a game like the Colts and Chargers would have more playoff implications than this game.
I agree with High Lonesome that they need to redo the Monday night schedule after week 8.
