Wolverine is largest member of weasel family
the car theft capital of the world, with more cars stolen in Newark then any other city. Even the 2 largest cities, NYC and LA put together.

I figured I would start this since there are so many other threads on the new football jerseys. I thought we needed something about this "glorious" state of our's.

I thought you had mentioned riding the train or subway.

Make any sense to leave said vehicle in Newark? Not that I am advocating anything illegal.:wink2:

Oh course I would never think of that.

Yeah, I do ride the subway or bus pretty much everywhere. We usually only drive to the grocery store, to karate (Manfred's a ninja), or when we go on road trips. I have thought about selling the car and getting a Zip Car instead. I haven't done the math as to whether we would save $$ that way, though.

it's obvious you folks are clueless...

schools in Trenton and Newark offer life skills as part of drivers ed... they teach the student to hot wire a car because you never know when you're going to lose your keys.. and it's too dangerous to be stranded...

NYB was going to buy a virtually brand new $100K Porsche for just under $10,000... He could never get that deal in one of YOUR states... those kind of discounts are available here...

BinMich doesn't have a clue.. we use far less electric than any of your states.. because we have many cities in which the people GLOW at night.. so we don't need streetlights and waste electricity...

sheez.. what am I gonna do with you guys?

Sushi... you were 15 minutes away and you didn't call... I'm crushed...

Finally an explanation for NJ's missing keys! He left them in the car... the car was stolen... and he hasn't noticed because why bother with the car when you have no keys to drive it?

Why, you may ask, didn't he look in the car first? Simple. Keys are always in the last place you look, and since they are in the car, he can't look there first, only last, and there are bunches of places still to be checked. See? Logic.

Mystery solved.

that's not the noun I would have used.. I think you could take her.. but don't try to outrun her.. she's pretty damn fast for a girl...

Tell he we had a sushi date.. and we're in... no one in this house other than yours truly has ever had sushi.. and I'm now a junkie... I was a sushi virgin just two years ago.. so I'm making up for lost time

Your wife likes dogs, so I'm sure we'd get along just fine. :)

How often do you make it into NYC? Some great sushi places there -- Nobu is epic. There also a great all-you-can-eat sushi place in Philly. Manfred and I go there every time we visit his family. Great stuff!

we have no dogs... we have four furry children who don't speak very well...

I have never done an all-you-can-eat-sushi.. I would take that as a challenge.. and wonder who'd give up first... and how long till they say... "sir, if you would just leave now... we'll forget about any bill you might have"
