New Haven Style Pizza

I could be wrong but, I'm of the opinion that much of the really finer imported pizza materials, (cheeses and such), never get inland from the east coast.

You can ship Pizzas across the country from Chicago, New York, etc... but you can't get any cheeses?

I don't know about that, but I can look into it. I have to tell you, though, a big component of the appeal of New Haven pizza is the ovens they cook them in. Honestly, even if they did ship them, you wouldn't get the full effect without having them prepared in the old charcoal ovens.
