New Cavs Minority Owner - Usher

Man it looks like, the cavs like to play for their new owner. I like the fact that he can interact with the players like he does. This was a great thing to do for the Cavs.

I totally agree, you gotta love the owner sitting first row being into the whole game. I know we have Lebron, but having owners like Gilbert and Usher has to excite Cavs' fans. How about the "MVP" chants tonight?

I think these are guys that the players are already friends with and like to play for them. I think it can only help and is a great big plus.

Hopefully someone who can shoot the ball and score and take some pressure off of big Z and Lebron.

Do we have any draft picks this year?

No draft picks, but there is money under the cap.
Get Joe Johnson, and a better point guard.
Coupled with the young guys being more experienced, and I think the Cavs will go deep in the playoffs next year, and maybe the finals the following year.

Man I totally agree with you on the Joe Johnson deal. He is averaging 2 3's a game on the year, and he is shooting a great 46% behind the arc, and has good size at 6'7". I really want him.

I still wish we would of drafted Nelson from St. Joe's this year. Man I was screamin' at the tv. Jackson better show me something next year or I will be very unhappy.

I feel that between Jackson, Welsch, and Pavlovic, the Cavs will have a good swing player to back up LeBron, and whomever the 2 guard is.
That combined with Varajeo being better, and maybe another free agent,and this will be an awesome team.
I know Newble is supposedly a good defensive player, but he is a terrible offensive player. He misses wide open shots constantly.
They need another guy to take pressure off of LeBron, and Z.

J-Mac is an FA after the year. He is looking for big bucks.
I believe Snow has a few years left on his contract.

I too liked J-Mac last year, but this year he seems to have gone down.

I believe the Cavs have alot of money under the cap. Depending on how much Z gets of it, I think they will be in good shape.
