Networking sharing question

Best Buckeye

Pretending I'm a pleasant person is exhausting.

I have 2 computers (XP) networked but when I share the internet connection I lose my yahoo dsl connection. I have tried sharing only the local net and vice versa , and running the Networking and internet connection wizard.
If anyone could help I would appreciate it.

I am using a crossover cable and yes I have read this.
The two computers network fine. I run into the problem when I share the internet connection. I have tried not sharing the DSL connection and sharing the local net and vice versa. I have tried sharing both. I got a little hung up on the bridging stuff from THIS .
I may not have the ICS enabling config right though.
Any more thoughts?
