.......to identify this pennant.

We are Ohio transplants to Reno NV, and this pennant was given to my daughter by a local friend, who is second generation graduate from OSU. My daughters late mom was also a OSU graduate.

So if some could identify it would be great.
It seem to be of whole wool.

And for the record, it is not for sale.....

Not sure about pennant but I recommend grout renewal for tile :)
