Need Help on Hearing Aids

My folks are 92 and 86 and still living on their own (although almost within the shadow of my home). Right now their biggest single challenge is my Dad's inability to hear my Mom.

We have had two failed attempts to improve things with new hearing aids via Miracle Ear and OSU.

Can anybody recommend a company in the Cbus area that is reliable and does quality work?

Actually cost is not a major factor. The problem with OSU is that they were supposed to be coordinating with the VA on getting something actually made. When I called today I found that they have been sitting on the paperwork for two weeks. This is a very time-sensitive issue and they knew that.

Go to an audiologist. They specialize in hearing disorders, and hearing aids.
Don't go to Miracle Ear, or any of those franchise places.
An audiologist will do testing, and work up exactly what is needed.
Those other places are retail just for the money.

It's like taking your car to Jiffy Lube to have your engine replaced.
