Does anybody know how to save a video from the ESPNmotion website?

Well you used to be able to just save the source, but I think they changed the codec so it probably doesn't work anymore (you can't get an independant player).BuckeyeNation27;660140; said:

You'll need to unhide hidden/system folders, but it'll be in a location such as

Sort your cache files by date and grab the most recent ones, probably around 4Mb+ and named with arbitrary serial number/names. Just copy them out of the cache, rename with an .avi extension, and play.
At least, as I said, that used to work. I don't know that it does anymore though. :(

OK. I just tried it. The stream is Flash Video. After pulling the file out of the cache, rename your copy with an .flv extension, and grab the Flash Player from here:
